The Cobham Band is delighted to announce ERAS!, a gala concert celebrating the rich heritage of brass band music through the decades.
Taking place at St John’s Church, West Byfleet, on Sunday 11 October 2026, the concert will bring together three outstanding ensembles: The Cobham Band, Cobham Training Band and Horsham Borough Band. Each band will present music from different eras of the brass band repertoire before joining forces for a thrilling massed-band finale.
Audiences can look forward to a varied programme featuring music by Philip Sparke, Gustav Holst and Dmitri Shostakovich, alongside favourites from the hit film Brassed Off. Whether you are a lifelong brass band enthusiast or simply enjoy live music, ERAS! promises an entertaining afternoon showcasing the breadth and power of brass band performance.
The concert begins at 3.30pm at St John’s Church, Camphill Road, West Byfleet, KT14 6EH. Tickets are £12.50 for adults, with accompanied children admitted free of charge.
