Cobham Heritage Day

The main events in the Cobham Heritage Day on September 10th took place in the Leg of Mutton field.

Unfortunately it poured down with rain which, combined with the wind, made it very difficult to play, even though (most) players were sheltered under the band gazebo.

Among the pieces that were played included Music For The Royal Fireworks, Cockney Cocktails and Something Stupid.

Play was abandoned half way through to allow the band members to go home and dry off!

Walled Garden 2016

The band played in the beautiful Walled Gardens in Sunbury on 31st July.  Despite many roads in the area being closed for the Ride London cycling event, there was a good sized audience.

Charity 2016/17

Each year at the AGM, members of the Cobham Band vote for one or more charities to support for the year ahead.

This year the Stoke Mandeville National Spinal Charity was chosen.
