The Cobham Band was pleased to attend on of the Addlestone Community Centre “Cream tea” concerts last Sunday (16 Feb), we were delighted to be able to share our music once again with the supportive audience at Addlestone.
The programme featured a diverse selection of pieces, including “Prismatic Light,” “Share My Yoke,” and the upcoming regional test piece, “I Daedalus,” plus many more. The Training Band also showcased their talent with performances of “Crusaders March” and “Joshua.”
The band members thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and their enthusiasm was palpable throughout the afternoon. A special thanks goes to Mrs. West for the kind invitation, which made this wonderful event possible.

It’s been a while but we’re really pleased to announce that Cobham Band is returning to contesting.
We’re looking forward to getting involved in the SCABA Entertainment Contest on Saturday 28 September. Look out for us and please cheer loudly, we might be a bit nervous!
Cobham band has a long history of contesting, recorded on the brass band results page going back to 1957. But hasn’t been seen awaiting the adjudicator’s nod since 2019.
